This build was a labor of love throughout most of the pandemic. The home was built on prairie land and includes 7 acres of gravel pit that the family uses as their own personal playground. The home overlooks wooded acreage which is popular among deer, rabbits, and an abundance of native birds.
For this home, the owners drew inspiration from European design. They had a request for an abundance of natural light and organic materials. Throughout the entire home you will find arch walkways, european oak, handmade terracotta tile, natural stone, unlacquered brass, and the softest organic linens. This countryside retreat truly feels like a breath of fresh air, and an escape from the busy outside world!
